Where to Go and When

Our office is at 8101 E. Bannister Rd., Kansas City, MO 64134. From most of Overland Park it is a straight run east on I-435, which is why so much of our walk-in traffic comes from Johnson County rather than from our own zip code.

Skip the hand lotion. Cream fills the ridge detail and is the most avoidable cause of a poor print. Come with clean, dry hands.

Walk-In Fingerprinting FAQs

Correct, during walk-in hours. Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM, you can just turn up, with the Friday 10 AM to 2 PM gap being the only exception. Booked appointments still take priority if you arrive at the same moment as one.
Our physical office is on Bannister Road in south Kansas City, roughly a 15 to 25 minute drive from most of Overland Park depending on traffic. If that is inconvenient, mobile service comes to your Overland Park address instead and is often the better answer for groups.
FD-258 ink cards are $35 for one and $55 for two, including the cards, an envelope with printed mailing labels and a quality review. Print-to-Card FD-258 is $55 per card. Live scan, FBI, ATF, FDLE and FINRA pricing is on the booking page.
For two or three people, just walk in. For five or more, call first. A scheduled slot or an on-site group session is faster for you and does not tie up the walk-in queue.
Bring the letter or form from the agency and we will read it. Live scan and ink cards are not interchangeable, and picking wrong means paying twice, so this is worth a two minute phone call before you drive over.
