Scheduling a Mobile Session

Call or email with your numbers

Tell us how many people, which fingerprinting type is required (live scan, FD-258 or both), and your location. We confirm availability and quote a flat rate.

Confirm the details

Date, time, address, headcount and any special requirements. For business clients we coordinate with your HR or operations contact so the space is ready and people are scheduled.

We arrive fully equipped

Everything is packed and tested before departure. We do not arrive and discover something is missing.

Each participant processed individually

ID checked, impressions captured, quality verified on the spot. Live scan submissions are confirmed before we move to the next person.

Cards and confirmations handed over

FD-258 participants get their reviewed cards on the spot. Live scan participants get their submission confirmation. Business clients get a summary of everyone processed before we leave.

Yes. We bring both to every mobile session, so a group with mixed requirements is handled in one appointment. Not every mobile provider carries both.
Roughly 15 to 20 people per hour once a session is running, depending on the fingerprint type. A 50 person onboarding intake fits inside an afternoon.
A flat travel fee plus a per-person rate for the service type. Both are confirmed before we schedule, and the price does not change on the day.
